How Innjoy built a secure & scalable email infrastructure for Pizzaburg
February 9, 2026 • Towsif Ibny Hassan

About the Client
Pizzaburg is one of the fastest-growing pizza restaurant chains in Bangladesh. Since 2018, Pizzaburg has expanded to 23 branches nationwide, serving thousands of customers daily while maintaining strong operational excellence.
With rapid expansion comes operational complexity. And that’s where Innjoy stepped in not just as a service provider, but as a technology partner.

The Challenge: Scaling Communication Across 23 Branches
Operating 23 branches across Bangladesh is no small task.
Pizzaburg manages:
- Nationwide supply chain coordination
- Marketing campaigns
- Vendor partnerships
- Internal alignment between branches
- Corporate-level decision-making
But there was one critical gap in their infrastructure:
They did not have a centralized, secure, professional email system under their own domain.
The core requirements were clear:
- Email under @pizzaburg.com domain
- Easy to use for both mobile and desktop users
- Secure and reliable
- Scalable for 60-70 active branch managers, heads and HQ employees
- Cost-effective
What seemed simple at first quickly turned into a strategic technology decision.
And that’s when Innjoy began its deep-dive analysis.
Innjoy’s Strategic R&D Approach
At Innjoy, we don’t just implement tools, we evaluate long-term impact.
We conducted rapid R&D and proposed three possible approaches to Pizzaburg’s management.
Option 1: Building a Dedicated Mail Server
The first approach was to build a fully independent mail server.
This required:
- A Linux-based server (self-hosted or VPS)
- DNS configuration and MX record management
- Mail server software setup
- Security configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Mail client deployment
While technically powerful, this approach had serious limitations:
- Limited internal server storage
- Requirement for additional external storage integration
- High maintenance responsibility
- Long-term infrastructure management burden
For a growing food chain focused on operations, managing a mail server was not an ideal distraction.
It was powerful.
But it wasn’t practical.
Option 2: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
The second approach was implementing enterprise-grade solutions like:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office 365
These platforms are excellent for large corporate environments requiring heavy collaboration, document management and enterprise workflows.
However, Pizzaburg’s requirement was specific:
They primarily needed a secure, professional mailing system and not a full-scale enterprise collaboration suite.
With only 60-70 required mail accounts, this solution:
- Was technically feasible
- But not cost-efficient
- And overly complex for the actual need
It would have solved more problems than Pizzaburg actually had – and increased unnecessary cost.
The Breakthrough: Selecting the Right Tool, Not the Biggest One
Innjoy shifted the focus:
Instead of asking “What is the most powerful?”
We asked “What is the most suitable?”
That’s when we evaluated a third-party, business-focused mailing solution.
After detailed comparison and testing, the clear winner was:
Zoho Mail

Why Innjoy Chose Zoho Mail for Pizzaburg?
Zoho Mail offered the perfect balance between:
- Professional infrastructure
- User-friendly experience
- Strong security
- Cost-effectiveness
- Lightweight performance
Key Advantages for Pizzaburg:
- Clean and intuitive UI/UX (simpler than MS365)
- Mobile and desktop accessibility
- Business-grade security
- Built-in Calendar and To-Do management
- Integrated Meeting Room functionality
The Zoho Meeting Room feature was a major advantage.
It allowed Pizzaburg teams to:
- Create internal teams
- Conduct online meetings
- Chat within the organization
- Manage collaboration – all inside one ecosystem
It delivered collaboration capabilities similar to Microsoft Teams without the enterprise-level complexity and cost.
This wasn’t just a mailing system.
It became a communication hub.
Implementation by Innjoy
Once the decision was finalized, Innjoy handled the full deployment:
- Domain verification and DNS configuration
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup for security
- User account creation and access management
- Mobile and desktop client configuration
- Custom professional email templates
- Standardized official email signatures
- Internal onboarding support
The transition was smooth, secure and disruption-free.
Pizzaburg’s teams were able to immediately adopt the system across branches.
The Result
With Zoho Mail implemented by Innjoy, Pizzaburg now has:
- A centralized and secure email infrastructure
- Professional brand identity through official domain emails
- Improved internal coordination across 23 branches
- Reduced operational communication friction
- A scalable system ready for future expansion
Most importantly, their communication infrastructure now matches the scale of their brand.
Conclusion
Technology decisions are not about choosing the biggest solution. They are about choosing the right one!
Through careful analysis, strategic R&D and seamless execution, Innjoy successfully designed and implemented a secure, scalable and cost-effective mailing system for Pizzaburg.
As Pizzaburg continues to grow across Bangladesh, their communication backbone is now strong, professional, and future-ready.
And that’s what true technology partnership looks like.
